Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: It is hard to give an exact date on delivery of your furniture, however most lead times
for custom orders take approximately 8-10 weeks for production as well as 3-6 weeks to
import into the States. After that point a pickup from the port will be scheduled for
delivery to the final destination.
Q: How long will my Quick-Ship order take to arrive?
A: It will take approximately 2-4 weeks for a quick ship order to arrive. It all depends on
when the company will send the order and when we will receive.
Q: Where is my order?
A: When you place your order with us, your confirmation email will contain
an ETA for delivery. As soon as your order has been shipped you will also receive
a shipment notification email that will contain tracking information.

Q: Can I choose my delivery date?
A: Yes, you can. However, we would prefer not to hold the items in our warehouse for
more than 30 days. When the local delivery agent receives your order, they will call
you to schedule the delivery. Typically, the driver will also call the day of delivery
to alert you they are on their way.
Q: How can I change my delivery address?
A: If you need to change your delivery address please contact us as soon as
possible. You can do this at any time up until 24 hours before we dispatch your
item(s). If your items have already been dispatched, changing your delivery
address may not be possible or there may be a charge for arranging redelivery.
Q: What type of cards do you accept?
A: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX and checks
Q: What if I am unhappy with my product, can I return or exchange?
A: Unfortunately, on custom orders returns or exchange are not possible. However, on
quick ship or floor orders there will be a 20% restocking fee on returns. You will also
receive a store credit towards a future purchase.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges.
Returns must be received in original condition and in original packaging within 30
days from the delivery or pick-up date. Please ensure your order number is
clearly marked on all boxes that are being returned. Items not received in original
condition and in original packaging cannot be returned. Only once the item(s)
have been returned to the warehouse and have been inspected by our receiving
team can the store credit be issued.
Refunds can only be issued via store credit. We will issue store credit equal to the
amount of the refund.
Standard Shipping and White Glove Delivery charges are not refundable. We do
not accept any returns or exchanges on custom order furniture.
Q: What if my order is damaged or defective?
A: To report a damaged or defective product, please email or call us directly. To
ensure client satisfaction, all items are inspected prior to delivery to avoid such
experiences. In the event of such, we must report and return the item(s) to the
manufacturer for reproduction.
